RETURNS POLICY

Effective from 13/09/2020

Need to return something? No worries. We accept returns for all full price items. This excludes returns for change of mind purchases on sale and promotional items or items that do not meet our returns policies outlined below.


In order to return product/s bought through our online store, you will need to return items to the address below:

PO Box 278, Rosebery, NSW, 1445

Please include a note with your returncontaining your order number, full name and reason for return.

We try our best to accept all items returned to us, however, please observe our policy as follows:

OUR POLICY
1. Orders must be returned to us within 30 days from date of purchase (as indicated on your invoice). Returns outside this period will not be accepted.
2. Items must be returned in their original condition. This means the garments must – be unworn & unwashed, have all tags and hygiene labels attached and have no makeup, stains or strong odours.
3. No returns for items purchased using a credit note, sale items and promo coupons.
4. We do not cover for the cost of the return shipping. It is recommended to use a shipping service with tracking as LifeChoice Australia is not liable for any packages lost in transit. All items are inspected by our staff upon arrival.
5. Items can only be returned, not exchanged. If you would like to exchange, you must return your order via the returns process and the make a new order.
